Meet Julie Graham

Founder and CEO of ALLLI Solutions

Julie Graham is a passionate advocate for individuals with disabilities and a driving force in disability education and awareness. With degrees in Psychology and Business Management from the University of San Francisco, she combines her academic expertise with a deep commitment to fostering inclusive communities for autistic and disabled individuals. As the founder of ALLLI Solutions, Julie has dedicated her career to creating educational programs that promote understanding, support, and advocacy for those facing unique challenges.
Her extensive contributions have pioneered Ability Awareness Week programs to help children and adults better appreciate the experiences of individuals with special needs. Her work spans a wide range of conditions, including Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, Tourette syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorder, and more. Through these programs, Julie promotes acceptance, breaks down barriers, and fosters respect in diverse communities.

Julie is also a published author. Her children's book, Good Morning to You, offers an intimate look into autism through her son’s perspective, helping readers gain a unique, multi-sensory understanding of the condition. This personal connection allows her to share a powerful, empathetic insight that fosters a deeper understanding of autistic experiences.
In addition to her work with disabilities, Julie is a strong advocate for mental health and well-being. In 2017, she developed a Mental Health and Well-Being Initiative, promoting wellness centers and therapy dogs in schools, reflecting her dedication to holistic support for individuals and families.
Julie is a valuable resource for parents, educators, and community members. With a career defined by empathy and leadership, Julie continues to empower others to become allies for individuals with disabilities. Through ALLLI Solutions, she is building a more inclusive world, one educational program at a time.
